• Maintain site buildings and infrastructure, including truck shops, admin buildings, and plumbing systems, along with portable equipment such as mobile air compressors and pumps.

• Perform welding and fabrication for pipe, frames, handrails, grating, and structural repairs.

• Perform equipment rebuilds, component replacements, lubrication, inspections, oil sampling, and other preventive and condition-based maintenance.

• Follow MSHA regulations, lockout/tagout procedures, PPE requirements, and company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in fixed plant, mining, industrial, or heavy manufacturing environments.

• Working knowledge of pumps, motors, gearboxes, piping systems, and mechanical drive systems.

• Basic electrical knowledge, including reading wiring diagrams, using a multimeter, and troubleshooting motors and controls. Industrial electrical experience is a plus.

• Ability to read and interpret service manuals, parts manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.

• Ability to work safely in an active mine environment and perform physically demanding tasks.
