- Collaborate with FAAS specialists on technical accounting matters (aligned with IFMS delivery model)
- Contribute to regulatory reporting, including SEC filings (as applicable), EU regulatory submissions, and SIX Swiss Exchange reporting
- Work with IFMS Delivery Executives and global delivery teams to monitor service delivery, identify issues early, and support timely remediation
- Support commercial management activities by monitoring scope changes and contract‑related matters
- Provide operational support across treasury processes, stock‑based compensation tracking, and coordination with banks and transfer agents
- Support payroll‑related activities in collaboration with EY managed services teams and client HR for tax and benefits compliance
- Prepare audit schedules and assist with the internal and external audit processes
- Contribute materials for Audit Committee and Board meetings
- Assist with the administration and monitoring of IFMS systems, including subledger–ledger interfaces and reconciliations
