Key Responsibilities:

Conduct microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products in accordance with relevant regulatory standards.
Develop, validate, and implement microbiological testing methods, ensuring compliance with GMP and quality assurance protocols.
Monitor environmental conditions within production areas and laboratories, ensuring compliance with microbiological standards.
Investigate and resolve microbiological product complaints, deviations, and sterility failures, providing comprehensive reports and recommendations.
Support the development and execution of continuous improvement initiatives related to microbiological practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.Master's degree is a plus.
0-2 years of experience in microbiology within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related industries.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
