Chain Reaction is looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate is a creative and detail-oriented designer with strong skills in graphic design, video editing, and social-first content creation. You will be responsible for developing high-quality visual assets across multiple digital platforms, adapting creative concepts for different formats and placements, and delivering engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practices.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Strong video editing skills with DaVinci Resolve
- Good understanding of motion, pacing, transitions, and social-first video editing
- Strong visual composition, typography, layout, and color grading skills
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, X, Facebook, and YouTube
- Ability to create static posts, carousels, Stories, Reels, and short-form videos
- Experience working with bilingual (Arabic & English) designs
- Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
Adaptation & Production Skills
- Experience adapting master creative into multiple formats and placements
- Strong understanding of social media aspect ratios, safe zones, and platform requirements
- Ability to resize and optimize assets across platforms
- Experience creating paid-media adaptations while maintaining brand and messaging integrity
- Ability to edit and repurpose existing video content into platform-specific cutdowns
