Mergers and acquisitions are among the most complex projects for a company, with significant strategic impact. The risks associated with such a transaction can be substantial, with many factors influencing the success and speed of the transaction. To avoid the well-known "cat in the bag," the buyer must conduct thorough research into the financial, commercial, operational, tax and legal aspects of the company to be acquired. The specialists in Transaction Diligence act as a spider in the web when conducting financial due diligence investigations.
