Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft Power Platform Developer with extensive experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power BI, JavaScript, and C# plugin development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade digital solutions that drive business transformation, process automation, and enhanced user experiences across the Microsoft ecosystem.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of solution architecture, integration patterns, governance, application lifecycle management (ALM), and best practices for scalable Power Platform implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps to support complex business processes.
Build, optimize, and support Power Automate cloud and desktop flows for workflow automation and process orchestration.
Develop and customize Power Pages websites, customer portals, and external-facing applications.
Configure and administer Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, security roles, and business process flows.
Develop advanced server-side business logic using C# Plugins, Custom APIs, Custom Workflow Activities, and Dataverse SDK.
Create client-side customizations using JavaScript, including form scripting, command bar customizations, responsive UI enhancements, and validation logic.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure Services, REST APIs, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party enterprise systems.
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
Implement enterprise-grade security, governance, compliance, and role-based access controls.
Manage solution packaging, deployment, environment strategies, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Pipelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, performance, and portal-related issues.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and Microsoft best practices.
