CEO Right Hand Intern

Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher creating games people love. We partner with studios and internally develop games, having launched over 80 titles, reached over 2 billion downloads, and seen our game All in Hole break into the global top-50 grossing charts. These are milestones, not the finish line.

With deep expertise in product and technology, we built Homa Lab, our proprietary platform that gives developers the market intelligence, data tools, and game tech, with AI built-in, to find product–market fit fast and scale mass-market games into lasting experiences players enjoy for years.

This is our flywheel: Homa Lab helps studios spot the right ideas early, turn them into games quickly, and reach millions of players. Every launch brings back data and insights that fuel the next hit, making each turn of the loop faster, smarter, and more likely to win. AI supercharges this process, running through everything we do, from everyday tasks to our guiding principles.

What powers the loop is talent density. 220+ people from 30+ nationalities, bringing expertise from the world’s best studios and companies. We uphold ambition, curiosity, humility, and focus, and deliver with speed, excellence, and candor. Since the start, we’ve raised $165M from Headline, Northzone, Eurazeo, Bpifrance, and the founders of King, Sorare, and Spotify, people who’ve built and backed the games and platforms we admire, now supporting our drive to create the next ones.

At Homa, we are building the next billion-player experiences from the ground up and shaping the future of entertainment.

The opportunity

You'll work directly with C-levels and leadership as their right hand on Homa's most important and most confidential topics. There's no shadow work: you'll own missions from the first question to the final result, often with very short deadlines.

You will develop a 360° understanding of Homa from the very top, seeing how strategic decisions are made and executed across the company, while building your analytical, project management, and communication skills. Based on your strengths and business needs, you will take on increasing responsibility with direct guidance from the executive team.

What you'll do

• Prepare decisions. Structure problems, gather facts, and build the analysis the C-level team needs to decide quickly.
• Analyze. Run market research, competitive benchmarks, and financial or quantitative analyses on strategic topics.
• Drive executive priorities. Turn leadership decisions into action plans, follow up across teams, and make sure things actually get done.
• Automate. Use AI to speed up executive workflows, from research and reporting to meeting preparation.
• Special projects. Take on high-stakes missions as they come up, such as new market opportunities, partnerships, or internal transformations.
• Recommend. Turn your work into short, sharp recommendations that leaders can act on.

Why Homa

• Exceptional growth. We hire people of outstanding potential, then put them where they can grow fastest.
• Real ownership, early. Your projects will change how Homa operates, and you'll see the results.
• Learn from leadership. You'll work alongside leaders and people who make decisions.
• A high talent bar. Our teams are small and demanding, and the people around you will push you to grow.
• AI at the core. You'll have access to the best AI tools, and you'll help shape how an AI-first company works.

Requirements

• Extreme ownership. You drive outcomes rather than just attend meetings. When something breaks, you fix it instead of explaining why it broke.
• Proactive. You don't wait for instructions or perfect conditions. You spot what needs doing and do it.
• Pragmatism and simplicity. You look for the simplest solution that works, use whatever tools are available, and ship. Done and useful beats perfect and late.
• Sharp thinking. You learn fast, reason from facts, and structure your ideas clearly. You can explain something complex in a few sentences.
• AI-driven. AI is already part of how you work every day. You've used it to automate, speed up, or rethink at least one thing you're proud of.
• Hungry and motivated. You're ambitious, high-energy, and grounded. You see this internship as a chance to learn faster than anywhere else, and you're ready to work for it.
• Bonus: you've built something. A game, an app, a student initiative, a side business. We'd love to hear about it.

For this role, you'll also bring:

• Strong analytical skills in Excel or Google Sheets. SQL is a plus.
• The ability to switch between very different topics in the same week.
• A prior internship in consulting, a startup, tech, or gaming is a plus.
• Current studies in Business, Engineering, Strategy, Finance, or related fields.

Practical details

• A 6-month internship, with a flexible start date. We adapt to any month.
• A convention de stage (internship agreement) is required.
• Apprenticeships (alternance) are also welcome.
• Paris-based. You'll need to be able to work onsite at our Paris office.
• Fluent English is required. French is a plus, not a requirement.
• Top performers may be offered a full-time role at the end of the internship

Our Culture

At Homa, we prioritise talent, energy, and determination over traditional credentials. We’re building a global community of brilliant, driven people who think boldly, act with pragmatism, move fast, and push boundaries. We believe true innovation comes from diverse perspectives, deep collaboration, and curiosity without limits.

Our culture is grounded in four core values:

• Humility: We recognise that we are always learning, we can always improve and grow.
• Curiosity: We continuously seek the “why” behind the “what” - we explore with purpose and practicality.
• Focus: Our curiosity takes us deeper, not wider - we obsess over the details and let pragmatism guide our attention.
• Ambition: We strive for the best - we don’t settle for “good enough,” - we use common sense to reach higher.
