Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO setting; background in towing and roadside assistance is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
• Proficient in using computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools.
