Costa Navarino is a sustainably driven destination in Messinia, on the southwest coast of the Peloponnese, where people, nature, heritage and community come together to create meaningful experiences. Respect for the region, its people and its natural environment is at the heart of everything we do.
Home to four 5-star resorts, The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort, The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino, W Costa Navarino and Mandarin Oriental, Costa Navarino, the destination also brings together four signature golf courses, more than 40 restaurants and bars, over 50 retail shops and services, three spa centres, a collection of luxury villas for private ownership, Navarino Agora and a wide range of sporting, cultural and outdoor experiences.
This diversity creates opportunities across many areas of expertise, where associates can grow professionally, broaden their experience, and contribute to the continued evolution of the destination.
We are looking for an Agent, Front Office to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute, learn and grow while helping shape the experiences and impact we create across Costa Navarino.
In this position, you will provide seamless and personalized service to residence owners, tenants and guests from pre-arrival through departure, combining Front Office, Concierge and Guest Relations responsibilities within one integrated role. As a key point of contact, you will handle requests, provide information and arrangements, and coordinate with operational teams, ensuring clear communication, timely follow-up and consistently high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage owner, tenant and guest requests from pre-arrival through departure, ensuring accurate recording and timely follow-up.
- Prepare for arrivals by reviewing stay details, preferences and special requests, and coordinating with relevant teams.

- Coordinate departures, including check-out procedures and follow-up on outstanding matters.
- Provide concierge assistance, including reservations, experiences, activities, transportation, laundry and other resort services.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, pest control, amenity and other residence-related requests through to completion.
- Use the PMS to maintain guest information, process charges and postings, and support billing and security-deposit procedures.
- Coordinate with relevant resort teams, handle complaints professionally, and maintain clear handovers and follow-up records.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Hospitality, Tourism or Business Administration qualification is an advantage.
