Access Services is hiring a Community Participation Supports (CPS) Supervisor to lead a team that supports adults with intellectual disabilities and autism to build meaningful, connected lives in their communities. The service area includes Upper Bucks, Lehigh, and Carbon counties, and the supervisor will regularly travel throughout the region to support staff, oversee services, and build relationships with individuals and community partners. The position may be based out of our Bethlehem or Orwigsburg office, with a combination of community-based work, office work, and flexibility to support the needs of the program.
