Trainee Programme

Build your career with us

The Trainee Programme was designed for people like you, who want to make an impact on the world around them.

With a focus on experimentation and learning and on developing an in-depth understanding of the business, you will have the opportunity to discover your interests, develop your skills and gain a deep understanding of the retail industry.

Throughout the programme, you will benefit from continuous feedback, guidance and support to help you grow.

What can you expect when you join the Trainee Programme?

• Two rotations across different departments, allowing you to explore new areas and discover what you truly enjoy doing;
• A tutor during each rotation, who will support your integration, development and progress;
• Development initiatives and visits to our operational sites, giving you first-hand exposure to our business;
• A competitive salary and additional benefits that make a difference;
• The opportunity to progress to a second year: following a joint reflection at the end of your first year, you may move on to a new stage with three operational experiences, dedicated tutors and a mentor, preparing you to take on greater responsibilities.

You are who we are looking for if…
