About us:
At Remote Talent LATAM, we connect top Latin American talent with leading U.S. marketing agencies. We guide businesses and candidates through every step of the hiring process, ensuring the perfect match in skills, culture, and goals. While we’re not direct employers, we act as a trusted partner, bridging the gap between exceptional talent and growing opportunities.
About the Client
Our client is a B2B organic growth marketing agency specializing in SEO, content, GEO, CRO, and other organic growth strategies for technology driven businesses.
Their approach goes far beyond traditional SEO. They invest deeply in understanding their clients' audiences through customer interviews, sales call analysis, CRM data, win-loss insights, and search behavior before developing strategic campaigns. Their goal is to create marketing that drives meaningful business results, not simply more traffic.
The team operates with an ego-free, highly collaborative, and supportive culture where people are trusted to own their work, share ideas openly, and focus on delivering high-quality results.
About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, organized, and client-focused SEO, GEO & Content Strategist to lead a focused portfolio of 2–4 client accounts.
You will serve as the strategic lead for your accounts, developing organic growth strategies, leading client relationships, coordinating internal teams and freelance writers, and ensuring projects move forward effectively.
This is not a heavily technical SEO role. You will work closely with dedicated search analysts who handle technical SEO audits, technical recommendations, developer tickets, and reporting dashboards. Your focus will be on SEO strategy, content strategy, audience research, GEO/AEO, client communication, and overall account leadership.
You will report directly to the Director of Client Services and have the opportunity to work closely with analysts, copywriters, designers, and developers.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the strategy and day-to-day leadership of 2-4 client accounts, serving as the primary client contact and strategic lead.
- Lead client meetings, develop agendas, present strategic recommendations, provide updates, and build strong long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
- Develop and guide SEO strategies based on search data, audience insights, competitive research, and business objectives.
- Lead audience research initiatives, including customer interviews, sales call reviews, CRM insights, and other research to better understand customer needs and search behavior.
