XYZ has grown to over 100 staff across the UK, US & Europe and is working with Mission Critical organisations & construction companies to successfully deliver major projects.

THE ROLE

The Regional Project Delivery Manager owns end-to-end delivery of XYZ Reality's AR-led construction services across multiple active US projects. You'll lead a regional engineering team — Lead Site Engineers, Site Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Graduate Engineers — while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring every project is delivered to XYZ's quality, safety, and commercial standards.

This is an accountability-heavy role. You're responsible for the safe and successful delivery of your entire portfolio, including full ownership of safety, quality, and P&L targets. You'll be the senior escalation point above the Lead Site Engineer on your projects and the face of XYZ Reality to some of our most strategically important clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own regional portfolio delivery end-to-end — mobilise new US projects, lead resource planning and hiring, manage field teams across all active sites, and conduct regular site visits, audits, and team check-ins.

• Serve as the primary client escalation point above the Lead Site Engineer — own project-level relationships, conduct regular client meetings and site visits, and identify opportunities for service expansion.

• Review QA reports and progress captures before client submission; troubleshoot product and software issues in the field and escalate to technical support where required.

• Maintain overall responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of the regional field team — drive H&S in alignment with XYZ's ISO 45001 management system and ensure all engineers hold valid credentials and pass pre-deployment compliance requirements.
