Role Specific Requirements

The Senior Manager – Digital Asset Compliance is a key member of Design Excellence vertical of the Central Development Unit (CDU). CDU acts as a center of excellence, setting standards and driving consistency across complex development projects by providing tools and processes for best practice delivery.

Design Excellence ensures projects embody “Qiddiya-ness” by creating standardized measures of design quality across the program.

Our Virtual City team is the custodian of the Qiddiya City Unreal Engine, providing real-time visualization, simulation, and collaboration by linking our GIS, BIM and IMS data to strategically guide Development decision-making.

The role of Senior Manager is dedicated to the technical oversight and quality control of our virtual City’s digital assets built in Unreal Engine. A role that requires deep technical expertise and attention to detail.

Core responsibilities

4.      Ensures that all digital models – integrating BIM, GIS and engineering data – comply with technical standards and file structures.

5.      Maintains technical excellence and streamlines workflows for digital asset management across the Qiddiya program.

6.      Oversees and maintains the quality and structure of digital models and assets in unreal Engine.

7.      Develops, implements, and enforces technical standards for digital modeling, ensuring compliance across all digital assets.

8.      Monitors and evaluates the quality of models updates from external consultants and designers.

9.      Establishes and maintains robust file structure, workflows, and documentation to support technical compliance.

10.   Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues related to digital assets integration and modeling.

11.   Continuously assesses and improves technical workflow to enhance the integrity of the digital models.

12.   Implements and executes best practices for assets compliance and digital data management.
