The Program Manager, Employee Experience & Culture Transformation - PTx leads the design and delivery of employee experience and culture transformation programs that support the integration of PTx entities and a unified culture aligned with AGCO. The role applies specialized expertise in employee experience, culture, change and program management to interpret business challenges, recommend best practices and translate strategic objectives into executable global programs. Working independently with guidance in the most complex situations, the role leads cross-functional project teams and stakeholder networks, establishes program measures, manages delivery risks, and influences leaders and partners to adopt solutions that improve engagement, culture, and employee experience outcomes.

-
Own or coordinate the operating model for recurring PTx employee and leader forums, including annual cadence, agenda design, presenter readiness, content integration, production coordination, Q&A management, post-event materials, and continuous improvement.
-
Evaluate and optimize existing engagement activities, leveraging global tools and platforms to increase participation, belonging, and cultural cohesion.
-
Provide an audit of what tools and platforms can be accessed and where PTx IT support going forward is required.
-
Ensure key employee moments (e.g., onboarding, listening, recognition) are intentionally designed and aligned to both PTx and AGCO identity and processes.
