Attorney / Lawyer (Contracts, Compliance, Corporate & Litigation – Remote, U.S. Hours)

About the Role

We’re hiring an Attorney / Lawyer to provide legal guidance, contract drafting, compliance oversight, and litigation support across business operations.

In this role, you’ll partner with leadership to manage legal risk, ensure regulatory compliance, and support strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

Contract Drafting & Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts:

• NDAs

• MSAs

• Employment agreements

• Vendor/supplier contracts

• Leases

• Ensure contracts are legally sound, enforceable, and aligned with business goals

Legal Research & Advisory

• Conduct research using:

• Westlaw

• LexisNexis

• Interpret laws, regulations, and case law

• Provide clear, practical legal guidance to business stakeholders

Corporate Governance

• Prepare and manage:

• Board resolutions

• Shareholder agreements

• Entity formation and restructuring documents

Compliance & Risk Management

• Monitor and advise on compliance with:

• GDPR

• HIPAA

• SOX

• FTC regulations
