Commercial Insurance Broker

We're looking for Commercial Insurance Brokers

Are you a commercial insurance expert with an entrepreneurial spirit? We’re looking for high-energy Commercial Insurance Brokers to help us build a brand-new insurance venture. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to redefine how SMEs protect their businesses, we want to hear from you.

The company

We're here because we believe in SMEs. We believe they deserve better than confusing jargon, slow and outdated customer experiences, and being caught out by hidden conditions and fees. And we believe it's our job to help them navigate risk with confidence.

Since 2012, iwoca has made finance fast, flexible, and fair for over 150,000 businesses. Now, we're doing the same for insurance. We're building a brand new insurance business from the ground up — to protect SMEs in the moments that matter most.

Our passionate team is driven to help even more SMEs succeed by providing access to better finance and services that make running a business easier. Our ultimate mission is to support one million SMEs in their defining moments, creating lasting impact for the communities and economies they drive.

The team

The team is a small, smart, entrepreneurial group responsible for launching iwoca's new SME insurance business. Here’s how the team work together:

• Customer-obsessed: The team challenges itself to build insurance that its customers actually want, rather than what insurers simply want to sell.

• Curious & supportive: The team collaborates across disciplines to find creative solutions to complex problems in a safe and supportive environment.

• Motivated & humble: The team is motivated, fast-paced and highly autonomous. We’re humble and make sure to celebrate wins and have fun along the way.

• Entrepreneurial & growth-minded: The environment is ideal for someone who thrives on taking full ownership and is ready to roll up their sleeves and build.

The role

As a Commercial Insurance Broker, you will be a founding member of our new insurance venture, responsible for providing expert guidance to SMEs and building a modern, customer-first insurance experience from the ground up.

In this role, you will

• Deliver a seamless insurance experience by blending cutting-edge technology with human expertise.

• Advise on all lines of commercial insurance, handling both new business and renewals.

• Navigate the insurance market leveraging the Acturis platform and open-market relationships.
