• Establish project schedules, budgets, procurement timelines, and execution plans to support efficient project delivery.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field crews, and other project personnel to maintain productivity, quality, and schedule commitments.
• Review plumbing drawings, technical specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to address project requirements and keep work moving forward.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for general contractors, owners, engineers, inspectors, suppliers, and field teams.
• Monitor project financials, including costs, commitments, billing, change orders, and schedule performance, to maintain profitability.
• Troubleshoot field issues related to plumbing systems, installation methods, materials, and construction specifications.
• Oversee material and equipment purchasing, delivery schedules, and availability to ensure crews have the resources needed to complete scheduled work.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress, budget updates, potential delays, risks, and outstanding items to relevant stakeholders.
• Manage punch lists, commissioning, final inspections, and project closeout to ensure all contractual obligations are fulfilled.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial plumbing construction.
• Proven experience managing commercial plumbing and/or process piping projects.
