HD Fitter

About Catalyst Metals Limited

Catalyst Metals Limited (ASX: CYL) is an Australian gold mining and development company focused on creating long-term value through sustainable growth.

Our flagship asset, the Plutonic Gold Belt in Central Western Australia, currently produces approximately 85koz of gold annually and is positioned for significant growth over the coming years. Through resource expansion, mine development and operational optimisation, we're building a long-term future across multiple mining centres feeding a central processing hub.

This is an opportunity to join a business where your expertise will have a tangible impact on operational outcomes and future growth.

About the Role

If you're a HD Fitter who values well-maintained equipment and a properly resourced workshop, this is an opportunity to join a maintenance team that's set up to succeed.

Our underground fleet includes modern Sandvik development and production rigs, load and haul equipment, Normet charge rigs, Volvo ITs and ancillary underground mining equipment, providing exposure to a diverse and technically advanced fleet.

We operate from a purpose-built six-bay steel workshop complete with overhead cranes and a service pit, supported by a dedicated maintenance store carrying more than $4 million in parts and consumables. With separate light vehicle and boilermaker facilities located nearby, we've invested heavily in our maintenance infrastructure so you can focus on quality maintenance and continuous improvement – not chasing parts or working around limitations.

Beyond our main operation, satellite deposits across the Plutonic Gold Belt are creating opportunities to broaden your experience, contribute to the development of new maintenance practices and support a growing underground operation.

In a long-life operation with a growing footprint, this is a stable and professional environment where your trade skills won't just be valued – they'll help shape the way we operate.
