About Catalyst Metals

Catalyst Metals Limited owns and operates the Plutonic Gold Mine, located in the Eastern Gascoyne region of Western Australia. The operation continues to expand underground, with several mining areas successfully transitioning from development into production.

Catalyst is committed to building a sustainable, long-life gold business, underpinned by disciplined technical planning, operational excellence, and a focus on continuous improvement. This Reserve paves the way for our Organic Growth plan, to produce 200koz per annum over 10 years.

Listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: CYL), Catalyst Metals is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from people who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.

About the Role

With more than 10 years of mine life ahead of us, there’s never been a better time to join our underground team. Reporting to the Mine Foreman, this is an opportunity to be involved and help drive improvements to our owner-operator Mines. We take pride in the ground we work in – competent rock, a strong safety culture and a modern Sandvik fleet that sets you up for success.

As we grow across the belt, our satellite operations are creating opportunities for exposure to different ore bodies and mining environments, including upcoming narrow vein and paste-fill operations. This provides variety in your day-to-day work and the chance to broaden your underground capability across multiple styles of mining

As a Mining Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading crews, delivering safe and productive outcomes, and supporting the continued growth of our underground operations.
