Position Description:
PAR Technology is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Product Management to lead our Hardware Product Management organization. This leader will own the Drive-Thru product portfolio, including current and next-generation solutions, while managing and developing a team of Product Managers responsible for PAR's broader hardware portfolio.
This role will define product strategy, drive roadmap execution, ensure product-market fit, and deliver profitable growth across the hardware business. The ideal candidate combines strong product leadership, deep experience with connected hardware solutions, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex product development and commercialization efforts.
The Director will serve as the single accountable leader for Hardware Product Management and a key member of the Hardware Leadership Team.

What We’re Looking For:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
· 10+ years of Product Management experience.
· 5+ years of experience leading Product Managers and product organizations.
· Demonstrated success managing complex hardware and technology product portfolios.
