Account Executive

About Marble

Marble is building the new operating system for youth mental health by connecting schools, therapists, and health plans on a single platform to unlock access to care today and raise the standard of care for tomorrow.

Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. At the heart of this crisis is a severe lack of access to quality, affordable care. When kids can't get help, problems compound and preventable tragedies follow. Marble partners directly with school counselors to get students into care quickly by connecting them to licensed therapists through the insurance coverage they already have, with no waitlists.

We're an early-stage, fast-moving team. The people who join now will shape how we build and what we build.

About the Role

As a District Account Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding Marble's student and family adoption within and across the full range of school districts (large and small) in the states within which we operate.

This is a highly consultative sales role designed for someone who thrives building executive-level relationships, navigating complex district buying & approval environments, and representing Marble as a long-term strategic partner to district leaders.

You'll build and manage the district sales cycle end-to-end across designated states, via a mix of inside sales + time spent in the field. You'll own your territory end-to-end — developing territory strategy, building pipeline, leading complex sales cycles, and partnering cross-functionally to ensure districts successfully adopt and expand their use of Marble. You'll spend meaningful time in the field building relationships face-to-face with district leaders, attending conferences, and becoming a visible ambassador for Marble across your region.

Your efforts will have a significant impact on the number of children and adolescents receiving mental health support in the regions within which you operate.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage district sales cycles end-to-end across a designated territory through a combination of strategic outbound efforts, in-person relationship building, and consultative selling.

• Design and own all sales touch-points to drive Marble's adoption among districts.

• Build and deepen relationships with executive district stakeholders including Superintendents, Cabinet leaders, Student Support leaders, and school leadership teams.

• Develop thoughtful, data-informed territory and account strategies that drive short and long-term district partnerships and sustainable pipeline growth.

• Navigate complex district procurement, legal, and implementation processes while maintaining momentum across varying sales cycles.

• Represent Marble in the field through onsite district visits, conferences, executive meetings, and strategic partnership discussions. Travel is expected to be 30%+.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Success, and Ops/Legal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from first conversation through implementation and expansion.

• Use customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform territory strategy and help shape future GTM and product direction.

• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while helping establish Marble as a trusted long-term district partner across your territory.

Who You Are

• You have 5+ years building sales pipelines and owning complex sales conversations, including at least 3+ years selling into K-12 Districts in the US.

• You have a proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding quota in strategic or enterprise-style sales environments.

• You excel at navigating complex district procurement processes, including multi-stakeholder decision-making, procurement, legal review, and moderately long sales cycles. And you also excel at substantively shortening sales cycles to the minimum time possible.

• You have a deep curiosity about the K-12 education and youth mental health landscape and stay informed on trends, challenges, and opportunities impacting district leaders.

• You thrive in dynamic, evolving environments and are energized by owning and building processes, adapting quickly, and creating momentum in ambiguity.

• Nice-to-haves:

  • You've worked at an early-stage or high-growth company where you helped shape GTM strategy or build a territory from the ground up.

  • You have experience selling products focused on youth mental health, MTSS, or broader district initiatives.
