- Conceive, design, source, and manage branded marketing and communication materials, creatives, and data-led assets across earned, owned, and paid media.
- Use data to design, assess, and improve the effectiveness of marketing and communications campaigns.
- Engage and manage marketing and communications vendors in support of the brand vision and plan.
- Manage Alaro City social media channels and content to drive engagement.
- Develop and run a PR programme that builds positive representation across earned media.
- Create awareness of the business and its offerings through thought leadership programmes, including events and opinion pieces.
- Communicate key news and milestones across media channels.
- Assess the PR environment and brand perception, identify brand risks, and prepare and manage crisis communications where appropriate.
- Organise product launches, ATL and BTL campaigns, and other events that attract buyers to project sites.
- Produce and distribute regular newsletters to relevant internal and external stakeholders and sales and marketing databases.
- Manage marketing and PR consultants where applicable.
- Identify relevant stakeholders and build awareness of, trust in, and loyalty to the brand through active stakeholder engagement.
- Develop and maintain a stakeholder database for marketing purposes.
- Promote company spokespersons through targeted commentary and interviews in relevant business and trade media.
