- Develop scalable campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, product priorities, and growth goals.
- Manage budget pacing and spend allocation to maximize performance and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and overall business impact.
- Conduct keyword research, expansion, and refinement strategies to capture incremental demand and improve campaign efficiency.
- Design and execute A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audiences to drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Pricing, and Analytics teams to support promotions, seasonal initiatives, product priorities, and customer acquisition strategies.
- Develop recurring reports and dashboards that translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Evaluate emerging platform capabilities, automation opportunities, and industry trends to identify new ways to improve performance and drive growth.
What you bring to the table:
- Deep expertise in paid search strategy, campaign management, optimization, and performance marketing.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to independently identify opportunities, troubleshoot challenges, and drive solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to connect media performance to revenue, profitability, and broader business outcomes.
- Advanced attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets, performance metrics, and competing priorities.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
