What You Will Get to Do
Lead Application Engineering & Technical Service
- Lead and develop Application Engineering and Technical Service resources, creating a collaborative and high-performing technical organization.
- Establish structured, repeatable approaches for customer investigations, testing, root-cause analysis, and solution development.
- Coordinate technical expertise across Dymax and the broader organization to deliver consistent and effective customer solutions.
- Set clear expectations, assign priorities, and ensure resources are aligned with customer and business needs.
Develop Strong Technical Solutions
- Guide engineers in evaluating applications, troubleshooting technical challenges, and developing clear, defensible recommendations.
- Strengthen laboratory practices through disciplined scientific methods, experimentation, documentation, and analysis.
- Review technical findings and recommendations to ensure conclusions are supported by appropriate testing and sound technical judgment.
- Identify opportunities to standardize successful application methodologies so they can be adopted across regional and global technical teams.
Build and Develop a High-Performing Team
- Recruit, coach, develop, and performance manage Application Engineering and Technical Service team members.
- Build technical capability through hands-on coaching, knowledge sharing, training, and clear performance expectations.
