About the Role
We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our search acquisition engine across traditional and emerging search platforms. You'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies across Google, Bing, OpenAI Ads, and other AI-native search channels, helping drive efficient customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
You'll take ownership of Google Ads while expanding our presence across Bing, OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads, and emerging AI-native advertising platforms. This role offers a rare opportunity to manage a meaningful budget, shape our search strategy from the ground up, and directly influence how we invest millions of dollars in customer acquisition.
You'll join a lean, high-impact marketing team where speed matters, experimentation is encouraged, and great ideas can quickly become reality.
You Will…
-
Take full ownership of Google Ads, Bing Ads, OpenAI/ChatGPT Ads, and other search advertising platforms
-
Own relationships with external agencies and various marketing partners
-
Develop and execute experiments across keyword targeting, bidding, creative, and landing pages.
-
Analyze campaign and funnel performance to inform budget and channel decisions
-
Build reporting and identify opportunities to improve CAC, conversion, and pipeline
-
Use AI tools to automate data collection, reporting, and other repetitive workflows while independently validating results
-
Partner with Sales and Revops to build and scale ABM campaigns targeting key accounts
-
Support broader marketing initiatives through ad hoc analysis and projects
