Customer & Technical Advisor

Are you a native Dutch speaker looking for a thrilling new chapter? If you’ve been dreaming of escaping the gray skies for 300+ days of Mediterranean sunshine, gorgeous beaches, and a vibrant social scene, this is your perfect opportunity!

We are looking for enthusiastic, tech-minded young professionals to join our international team in Greece to represent Miele—the legendary, high-end German manufacturer famous worldwide for its premium domestic appliances. In this role, you will be the helpful voice guiding Dutch customers through smart living, troubleshooting high-tech appliances, and providing top-tier service.

No deep technical background? Don't sweat it! We provide a comprehensive, fully paid training program to transform you into an appliance expert. If you have a positive attitude, love helping people, and want an unforgettable relocation experience, we want you on board!

What You'll Do Every Day

• Be the Problem Solver: Handle incoming calls and emails from Dutch-speaking customers to assist with everything from remote troubleshooting to setup questions (like how to connect a smart washing machine or program an advanced oven).
• Provide Premium Support: Help customers locate the right spare parts, find serial numbers, or coordinate service appointments with local technicians when needed.
• Level Up Your Skills: Master two dynamic lines of business—Customer Care and Technical Support—keeping your day-to-day work varied and exciting.
• Connect Globally: Work in an expansive, high-energy international department where English is the main language used for training and team communications.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Native or C1-level Dutch fluency, combined with a good command of English (B2) for your training and systems. (Bonus tip: Miele love meeting the team, so representatives will drop by during your training to welcome you!)
• Tech Comfort: Good general PC skills and a basic, everyday curiosity about how things and gadgets work.
• Mindset: An open, communicative, and friendly personality who handles busy moments (like high-energy Monday mornings) with a smile.
• Ready to Roll: You are genuinely excited to relocate to Greece and jump into a fun, expat-friendly lifestyle.

Benefits

We handle all the heavy lifting so you can smoothly transition into your new Greek adventure:

• Complete Relocation Package: Paid flight tickets to Greece, airport pickup, and dedicated assistance to help you secure a great apartment.
• Attractive Local Salary: A competitive salary with performance-based bonuses, plus 2 extra salaries per year (a full extra salary at Christmas, half at Easter, and half for your summer holidays!).
• Paid Professional Training: Fully paid training followed by a supportive 2-week "nesting" phase to make sure you feel 100% confident.
• Fantastic Work Culture: Casual dress code, great team events, and a massive community of young expats to explore the islands and local nightlife with.
• Health & Insurance: Full private health and medical benefits from day one.
• Long-Term Growth: Build a genuine career with routine training, refresher courses, and internal pathways into coaching, quality assurance, or management.
