We are Reckitt

Home to the world's best loved and trusted hygiene, health, and nutrition brands. Our purpose defines why we exist: to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world. We are a global team united by this purpose. Join us in our fight to make access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment a right and not a privilege.

Sales

Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.

About the role

The KAM owns MJN's commercial relationship with assigned national retail chains, from JBP negotiation through in-store execution. The role carries accountability for account-level net revenue, gross margin, and trade spend efficiency, not just distribution. It requires close coordination with trade marketing, supply and distributor teams, and finance.

Scope:
National chain accounts across National Minimarket (Alfamart, Alfamidi) and Hyper/Supermarket (Hero, Hypermart, Lotte, Lion Superindo). Full commercial accountability for these accounts: joint business planning, sell-in and sell-through, trade investment, and in-store execution.

Your responsibilities

• Own the joint business plan and trading terms for assigned accounts, and manage the relationship day to day.
• Build and run account plans that convert distribution into actual sell-through, not just shelf presence.
• Manage the account trade budget against return on investment, and flag underperforming spend early.
• Drive category and shelf strategy per account in line with company portfolio priorities.
• Assess new listing and activation requests on sales performance evidence before committing.
• Report account performance against sales, offtake, returns and inventory targets on a regular cadence.
• Plan and execute the promotional calendar per account, aligned with brand and category priorities.

The experience we're looking for

• KAM experience in FMCG, with a national minimarket or hyper/supermarket chain in the portfolio.
• Track record negotiating JBPs and trading terms with modern trade retailers.
• Comfortable working with commercial P&L data and translating it into account decisions.
