About Aptura

At Aptura, we combine domain expertise with proprietary technology to deliver high-quality, domain-specific training data that helps frontier models perform better.

At work, we're building a high-performance, people-first culture. We move quickly, think ambitiously, and set a high bar for ourselves, all while staying open, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. The best ideas here win regardless of who they come from, teams sit close to leadership, and every voice has a say in what comes next.

Joining Aptura means more than taking a job. It's an opportunity to help build a company from the ground up. We've grown from 3 to 23 people in the past year, and we're accelerating. That growth creates real ownership, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to make an outsized impact while helping redefine how regulated industries adopt and benefit from AI.
