Atos is hiring an AI Governance and Platform Lead to own the governance, security, and Polaris-integration layer of the Belgium AI delivery practice. The role drives AI maturity assessments across the project portfolio, leads the integration of Atos Polaris tools such as Digital Engineer, Digital Transformation Engineer, and Quality Engineer into delivery teams, and owns guardrail advisory for every AI system that goes to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AI maturity assessments across the Belgium project portfolio and feed results into the pattern library and risk-gate process.
- Lead the integration of Atos Polaris tools into delivery workflows, including reusable patterns, configuration baselines, and tenancy boundaries.
- Own governance and security baselines for AI projects, including EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, DORA, NIS2, GDPR, IAM, encryption, network controls, and data residency.
- Define and advise on AI guardrails such as PII redaction, prompt-injection defence, refusal classifiers, content moderation, jailbreak detection, and out-of-scope routing.
- Run the AI incident-response playbook and maintain the model and prompt registry, AI risk register, and reporting posture.
- Partner with the Lead AI Engineer and AI Delivery Enablement Lead to align governance and security requirements with delivery needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent senior experience.
- 6+ years of experience in AI Ops, MLOps, LLMOps, cloud security, or AI governance roles.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience operating production AI systems, including at least one LLM or generative-AI deployment.
- Experience integrating an enterprise AI or agent platform into client delivery, preferably Atos Polaris or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001, DORA, NIS2, GDPR, AI guardrails, and enterprise security practices.
- Experience running risk assessments and architecture reviews as a standing process.
- Strong written communication skills.
