• Help mentor and guide more junior members of the creative team, creating an environment of creative problem-solving and excellence.
• Stay attuned to cultural, social, and industry trends, leveraging real-time insights to ensure creative ideas are relevant, earned-media worthy, and highly impactful.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Account, Media, Insights) to ensure that creative output directly tests well against campaign objectives and strategic insights.
• Prepare and pitch creative concepts to internal teams and clients, articulating and defending your ideas with clarity and passion.

Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in a creative advertising agency environment, with a strong background in either copywriting or art direction. We are hiring this role as part of an Art Director + Copywriter creative team, so candidates should bring deep expertise in their respective discipline
