DevOps Engineer

Project: Implementation of an enterprise CRM platform based on Salesforce for centralized management of customer interactions and bank sales. The project involves developing a unified CRM system for customer service, sales management, and customer data maintenance. Salesforce serves as the core platform for consolidating customer information, interaction history, product portfolios, and client communications. As part of the project, CRM integration with the Offer Storage system is being implemented to enable the retrieval and display of up-to-date, personalized customer offers, along with integration with the bank’s mobile application to access details on products and services currently used by the client. The CRM supports an end-to-end sales management lifecycle: from generating and processing customer offers to reaching out to clients, recording communication outcomes, and providing subsequent follow-up. A dedicated stream focuses on customer data remediation and updates, specifically orchestrating and monitoring outbound campaigns and outreach to confirm or update required customer details.

Your future responsibilities:

• Infrastructure automation, working with Docker and Kubernetes, Linux server administration. Monitoring, security, and system scalability
• Development and maintenance of pipelines (Jenkins / GitLab CI), automation of microservices deployments for the payment layer
• Management of Kubernetes clusters, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Ansible), hybrid infrastructure (on-premise + private cloud), configuration of network isolation for payment zones (PCI DSS scope)
• Setup and maintenance of the observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), on-call rotations and incident escalation, participation in RCA and post-mortem processes
• Implementation of DevSecOps practices: image scanning, secrets management (HashiCorp Vault), ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, ISO 27001, and NBU regulatory requirements

Your skills and experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role, preferably in fintech, banking, or telecom
• Experience working with high-load services with 99.9%+ availability requirements
