About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical partner for customers integrating tokenized financial products via APIs and SDKs. This role sits at the intersection of backend engineering, blockchain technology, and customer-facing problem solving.

This is not a support role. You will own complex integrations, guide customers through architectural decisions, and influence product and engineering priorities through direct customer feedback.

What You’ll Do

• Lead customer integrations from technical discovery through production launch

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for complex and high-impact customers

• Translate customer business needs into scalable technical solutions

• Design, build, and occasionally extend backend APIs and services using JavaScript and TypeScript

• Help customers understand blockchain concepts such as tokenization and smart contract interactions

• Clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve APIs, SDKs, and developer experience

• Mentor junior solutions engineers and contribute to best practices and internal tooling

What We’re Looking For

Required

• 6+ years of backend engineering experience (JavaScript / TypeScript)

• Strong experience designing and working with APIs and SDKs

• Prior experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or customer-facing technical role

• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals and smart contracts

• Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with customers

• Ability to work independently and own technical outcomes

Preferred

• Experience in fintech or financial infrastructure

• Familiarity with smart contract security, upgradeability patterns, and gas optimization

• Experience designing maintainable, testable TypeScript codebases

• Previous mentorship or technical leadership experience
