• Build and run disciplined 6–12 month Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes aligned to demand, capacity, materials, and customer commitments.
• Lead the transition from spreadsheet-driven operations to a scalable, ERP-driven operating model with strong data discipline and accountability.
•  Develop scalable operating procedures and tight communication loops across planning, purchasing, manufacturing, quality, service, and shipping.
• Improve delivery, quality, service, supply chain performance, and resource utilization while remaining hands-on in day-to-day execution.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Engineering, operations, manufacturing, or supply chain background through degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on manufacturing experience across customized job-shop and medium-volume production environments.
• Proven experience with planning, inventory, supply chain, quality, service, and multi-site operations.
• Strong ERP experience, including moving teams from spreadsheet-driven processes to structured, system-driven workflows; Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes, solve problems quickly, and lead effectively in a fast-moving, evolving environment.

Success in This Role Looks Like

• Reliable on-time delivery, consistent product quality, responsive service, and high customer satisfaction.
• A strong planning process with clear priorities, realistic commitments, and visibility into demand, capacity, materials, and delivery risk.
• A scalable ERP-driven operating model with trusted data, disciplined workflows, and clear accountability.
• A leader with strong emotional intelligence who communicates effectively, builds trust, and drives accountability across teams.
•  A culture-conscious approach that strengthens ownership, teamwork, continuous improvement, and consistent execution across both sites.
