About us

Domo Tactical Communications (DTC), part of the Codan Group, is a fast-growing global high-technology company delivering mission-critical wireless communications and broadcast solutions for the most demanding of environments.

DTC develops leading-edge tactical communications technologies, including its revolutionary MeshUltra™ waveform, providing world-class mesh networking, robust wireless products and IP-centric network devices for mission critical applications.

Our passion for innovation keeps us one step ahead in the rapidly changing and increasingly challenging environments within which we perform -  whether enforcing the law on the streets of our cities, controlling unmanned vehicles or televising the world's largest sporting events.

What will you be doing?

Within your graduate role, you will be rotated through placements within the various functional teams that, together, ensure the delivery of DTC products to our customers.  You will work with the function leaders to promote and drive business process improvements within the various disciplines enabling you to gain full exposure within a fast paced and dynamic environment.

Rotations in support of this could include purchasing, strategic procurement, planning, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, technical support, project management, test engineering, design engineering, sales and marketing.  Throughout these rotations, you may also have the opportunity to lead small project teams, helping you to develop leadership skills and broaden your understanding of the business.

The work undertaken will be tailored to meet your personal development objectives alongside the needs of the business. This approach will provide graduates with a supportive platform to learn, grow and build practical experience within the organisation. With a longer-term focus, graduates will develop the skills, confidence and commercial awareness needed to become valued team members who can contribute meaningfully within a dedicated functional role, while also gaining insight into the wider business and how different teams work together.
