Assist with reserve calculations, liability valuations, and actuarial reporting under IFRS 17, Risk-Based Capital (RBC), and other applicable frameworks.
Develop, validate, and document actuarial models using Python or R, promoting scalable and automated modelling practices.
Contribute to actuarial opinions, technical reports, regulatory submissions, and client deliverables.
Business Analysis & Solution Design
Gather, analyse, and document business and actuarial requirements for product enhancements and client solutions.

Perform workflow reviews and gap analyses to identify process improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and delivery teams throughout project lifecycles.
Support agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, testing, and issue resolution.
Maintain clear documentation of assumptions, business rules, model logic, and operational processes.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Build analytical models, dashboards, and reporting tools using Python, R, and Excel.
Analyse key insurance and actuarial performance metrics, including claims experience, lapse rates, profitability, and pricing adequacy.
Perform data extraction, cleansing, validation, and analysis from multiple data sources.
Execute testing and validation of actuarial and financial calculation engines, including API-based testing.
Prepare clear management reports and presentations that communicate complex insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
