Operations & Culture Fellow

Chronically online? Weirdly organized? Obsessed with making things better? You might be our person!

We’re looking for an LA Operations & Culture Fellow to bring energy, organization, creativity, and good vibes to our LA office. You’ll be the person who makes the office run smoothly — and makes people actually want to be here.

Think: part culture-maker, part problem-solver, part host, part behind-the-scenes MVP. You’ll create memorable office experiences, keep the day-to-day moving, support our team and leadership, and find smart ways to use AI and new tech to make work easier. Did we just say AI? We’re looking for someone with a genuine curiosity about how technology (vibe coding anyone?) can change the way we work. This isn’t just an office operations role. We want someone who will look at the way we do things and think, “There has to be a smarter way.” Then go figure it out.

No agency experience? No problem. If you’re social-savvy, curious about what’s next, great with people, and excited to break into the agency world, we want to meet you!

Designed as a high-impact launchpad into the organization, the fellowship program merges hands-on workplace leadership with cross-functional career growth and agency-wide AI innovation. For the first 12 to 18 months, the fellow manages day-to-day office operations while serving as a steward of company culture, employee engagement, and workplace experience. Leveraging their natural digital fluency, the fellow actively identifies, tests, and applies emerging AI tools to streamline routine tasks, experiments with new technologies and introduces practical AI applications to the wider agency. Upon successfully completing this foundational phase, the fellow transitions directly into a role within a specific department, such as Delivery, Accounts, Influencer, Creative, or People & Culture, bringing operational initiative, peer-led AI advocacy, and a comprehensive understanding of company dynamics to their new team.

WE ARE

A creative agency powered by social connections. That means we thrive on what’s trending and create campaigns that get people buzzing. We call it “Ideas Worth Talking About,” and we’re proud to have played a part in some of the most culturally relevant campaigns of the decade for brands like McDonald’s, Adidas, Universal Studios, and YouTube.

WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE

• We like to laugh, live for celeb gossip, and we’re great on AUX.
• Our passport program lets you explore and work from one of our 16 other offices worldwide, including Paris, Singapore, Madrid, Dubai, London, and more.
• We know how to celebrate our wins — and our losses. It’s how we learn.
• From carbon offsets to community kitchens, we’re passionate about making a difference.
• Did we say snacks? Because we have great snacks.

YOU ARE

• Socially savvy. You know what’s trending, what’s over, and what’s about to blow up.
• A people person. You naturally make everyone feel welcome — from the CEO to the person dropping off lunch.
• A doer. You see it, own it, and get it done. You don’t need to be told twice.
• Curious about AI. You’re experimenting with AI, prompting, automation, or vibe-coding and looking for clever ways to work smarter.
• A culture enthusiast. You know the playlist, snacks, birthday surprise, or perfectly timed happy hour can make a big difference.
• Highly organized. You can juggle calendars, deliveries, events, supplies, and random requests without breaking a sweat.
• Unflappable. When five things go wrong at once, you’re already figuring out what to do next.
• Always looking for better. You’re not interested in doing something just because “that’s how we’ve always done it.”
• A self-starter. You take ideas from concept to execution and navigate feedback like a pro.

Traditional agency experience is a plus, not a prerequisite. We care more about your instincts, energy, curiosity, and ability to make things happen. Hospitality, events, admin, entertainment, community, retail, or another people-first background? Bring it.
