Line Cook

At Dozer, we believe the small moments matter.

A great breakfast, a consistent lunch, a familiar place to start your day - these are the rhythms people build their lives around. The food we make is part of that. It fuels people, creates routine, and gives them a place to land.

Dozer Coffee is part of the HOMES Campus in Ann Arbor, a growing community of food and beverage concepts. It’s a high-volume, all-day café where quality, consistency, and teamwork matter just as much as speed.

We’re building a kitchen culture centered on serving - both our guests and each other. That means showing up prepared, taking pride in the details, and doing work that makes the whole team better.
