Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
• Ensure that all food items are prepared and served in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following proper food handling and sanitation guidelines
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, meeting quality and productivity standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Cook B'/C' in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus
