Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily pastry operations and ensure high-quality standards are met
• Participate in menu planning and execute dessert items in a timely manner
• Train, mentor, and lead the pastry team to achieve their full potential
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Collaborate with other kitchen teams to ensure cross-functionality within the kitchen
• Manage inventory levels of pastry ingredients and supplies
• Continuously research and implement new and innovative dessert ideas

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pastry arts, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of food safety regulations and procedures
