As a Partner – Banking Transformation, you play a critical role in shaping transformation-ready solution designs and delivery programmes for large financial institutions. This position requires hands-on transformation and programme experience — bringing the credibility to understand complexity, delivery risks, and how large-scale modernization truly unfolds.

• Advise clients on transformation readiness, risks, dependencies, and change implications.

• Act as a trusted advisor to C-level leaders, particularly where technology-driven modernization intersects with operational change.

• Shape multi-year transformation roadmaps for payments, core banking, cash management functions.

• Lead and participate in co-design sessions, architecture workshops, and partner orchestration.

• Bring credibility by understanding how transformation actually scales — from implementations to migration strategies, process harmonisation and integration patterns.

• Identify and mitigate key risks early in the presales lifecycle to support successful client outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in consultancies, professional services, and/or software companies, with a strong focus on banking technology, e.g., core banking

• Experience in corporate banking, in particular global transaction banking, cash management, and payments

• Proven experience shaping or leading large-scale transformation programs (implementation/modernization)

• Ability to translate complex banking landscapes into executable transformation concepts

• Strong commercial mindset with ability to support complex presales pursuits

• Experience with SAP products is a strong plus
