Role Overview:

As Coinflow scales, we're focused on growing a stronger presence in the EU region. We need someone to build out the GTM motion: net-new merchant pipeline, high-leverage partnerships that drive referral flow, and the operational backbone to turn opportunities into live, compliant revenue. This is a 0-to-1 role — you'll be defining the playbook for our GTM channels in Europe, not executing against one that already exists.

Plainly: you own the EU GTM motion end to end — direct sales to net-new merchants, partnerships that generate referral pipeline, and everything in between from first prospect conversation to go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

• GTM Strategy: Define and drive Coinflow's EU go-to-market strategy — using data to identify priority markets, verticals, and sequencing for expansions.

• Direct Revenue Generation: Build and run a pipeline of target merchants across Coinflow’s target verticals. Own the full sales cycle — prospecting, relationship-building, deal structuring, negotiation, and close.

• Partnership Channels: Stand up partner-enabled sales channels that multiply the EU pipeline — identifying and signing the right regional partners, then running a joint motion from co-prospecting through deal close.

• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor movement across all three sectors, and translate that intelligence into new sales angles and partnership opportunities — not just a report-out.

• Process & Team Building: Build the scalable processes (pipeline management, partner ops, reporting) the region needs as it grows — and build the team to run them. You'll start as the operator; you'll hire the team that scales it.

• Operational & Compliance Coordination: Build the operational capacity to support the EU motion, and work directly with Coinflow's regulatory/compliance team to translate field insights and licensing requirements into deals that can actually go live — not just deals that close on paper.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in GTM, sales, or partnerships within fintech, payments, or crypto

• Track record of building a market or region from scratch; you've defined the playbook, not just followed one

• Comfort owning a full sales cycle solo, from sourcing to close, without a large supporting team

• Experience structuring and closing partnership deals, not just direct merchant sales

• Strong cross-functional instincts — you'll work closely with compliance/legal and need to translate regulatory constraints into commercial strategy, not treat them as a blocker

• Data-driven approach to market prioritization; comfortable building your own pipeline reporting before formal infrastructure exists

• Based in or able to work extensively across European time zones

Preferred Qualifications:

• Direct exposure to EU regulatory or licensing environments (e.g. CASP, EMI, PSD2)

• Existing network of merchant or partner relationships across fintech, banking, or crypto ecosystems in Europe

• Experience building or scaling a sales team, not just carrying an individual quota

What We Offer:

• Competitive compensation including base salary, performance bonus, and equity

• The opportunity to build a region from the ground up, with a direct line to leadership and real influence over which markets and verticals Coinflow prioritizes in Europe

• Collaborative and innovative work environment with world-class investors

• Equity at a fast-growing, venture-backed startup
