Make an Impact in Aerospace, Defence & Advanced Manufacturing

Are you an ambitious, proactive professional with experience working within or selling into Aerospace, Defence or Manufacturing?

Are you looking for an opportunity where your industry knowledge, technical understanding and ability to build relationships can make a genuine difference?

We’re launching an exciting new UK growth opportunity with a globally recognised leader in industrial lubricants and high-performance products, supporting customers across some of the world's most technically demanding industries.

As part of the Pathfinder UK programme, you’ll help identify and develop opportunities across the Aerospace, Defence and Manufacturing landscape, working with organisations where technical performance, reliability and product qualification are critical.

This is an opportunity to apply what you already know about the industrial world in a new way, helping identify solutions, develop opportunities, and introduce high-performance products into specialised industries.

About the Role

This is a new opportunity, focused on developing opportunities across Aerospace, Defence and Industrial Manufacturing.

You don't need to be a senior salesperson. We're looking for someone who understands the environment they're operating in and can confidently navigate organisations with multiple stakeholders, technical requirements and qualification processes.

You'll develop relationships with potential customers, understand their applications and requirements, identify opportunities for the client's products and support those opportunities through evaluation and product trials.

Working alongside the client's sales, technical and distributor teams, you'll play an important role in developing opportunities through the sales cycle.

Why Join This New UK Growth Initiative?

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Represent a globally recognised industrial brand
• Help develop a new UK growth programme
• Build relationships across the Aerospace, Defence and Manufacturing space
• Work alongside experienced sales and technical teams
• Responsible for running your own sales cycle up until product trial
• Work remotely, but have the opportunity to go onsite and build customer relationships
