AMC Studio is a world-leading 3D art and game development studio based in Bucharest, Romania, and part of the Keywords Studios international group. Founded in 1996 and with nearly 30 years of activity, AMC has provided 3D art services for major Triple-A titles such as The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, Call of Duty, Dead Space, World of Tanks, and the Mafia franchise. At the core of the studio is a passionate team of artists whose adaptability across art styles - from stylized to photorealistic - brings game worlds to life.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Level Designers and Art Director to maintain visual quality and gameplay clarity.
- Help develop our current team by sharing knowledge, techniques, and best practices.
- Model environment assets (modular pieces, props, terrain elements, hero assets).

- Work inside the engine to build and polish level art on a daily basis.
- Ensure technical performance (LODs, draw calls, memory) without sacrificing visual ambition.
- Proactively fill gaps in modular kits with your own high-quality models.
- Review team members' work constructively.
Candidate profile:
- You want to model and dress environments, not just direct others.
- You lead by doing. The team respects you because they see you in the trenches.

- Collaboration with industry leaders on AAA titles
