Leveraging a network of over 40 lenders, they guide clients through every stage of the mortgage and financing process.

Responsibilities:
End-to-End File Ownership & Strategy

- Review and structure complex client scenarios, analyzing income, liabilities, servicing calculations, and supporting documentation.
- Identify policy fit and recommend optimal lender pathways across both major bank and specialist/non-conforming lenders.
- Prepare complete, submission-ready applications complete with clear, well-supported lender rationale to maximize approval outcomes.
- Monitor turnaround times proactively and manage every stage of the pipeline to keep applications moving efficiently.
