Requirements

Values Alignment

Say what you do and do what you say

✅ What We Do:

• Transparent decision-making – Keep stakeholders informed and explain the “why” behind decisions.
• Own up to mistakes – If something goes wrong, acknowledge it, fix it, and learn from it.
• Open communication – Share feedback honestly and constructively, even when it’s difficult.
• Tough love when needed – We challenge each other to improve, always with the intent of helping the team grow.

❌ What We Don’t Do:

• Hide information or blame others when things go wrong instead of taking responsibility.
• Avoid difficult conversations to keep the peace at the cost of progress.
• Give vague or sugar-coated feedback that doesn’t help others improve.

Figure it out… And make it happen

✅ What We Do:

• Find solutions, not excuses – When facing a roadblock, look for alternatives and propose solutions.
• Share ideas and approaches – If you find a better way to do something, spread the knowledge.
• Celebrate progress – Small wins add up, and recognizing them keeps us motivated.

❌ What We Don’t Do:

• Wait for someone else to solve the problem instead of taking initiative.
• Stick to “the way it’s always been done” without questioning if there’s a better way.
• Ignore small achievements and only focus on final results.

Raise the bar - every time.

✅ What We Do:

• Always improve – Continuously refine skills, workflows, and approaches.
• Deliver work that exceeds expectations – Aim for impact, not just completion.
• Set new standards – Raise the bar for yourself and others.

❌ What We Don’t Do:

• Settle for “good enough” when we know it can be better.
• Repeat mistakes without learning from them.
• Avoid feedback or growth opportunities because they feel uncomfortable.
