About the role
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll work across the entire stack—from backend services to frontend experiences, and everything in between. But this isn’t just about writing code. You’ll help shape how we build, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with people across Product, Design, and beyond.
You’ll take ownership, think in solutions, and bring others along in your reasoning.
What you will do
-
Build and maintain features across the full stack—APIs, data layers, and contributing to the frontend when a feature needs it end-to-end.
-
Contribute to architecture and system design, weighing trade-offs and helping the team make thoughtful decisions
-
Own your work end-to-end: from idea to implementation, testing, documentation, and deployment
-
Improve and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
-
Review code with a focus on quality, clarity, and knowledge sharing
-
Communicate technical decisions in a clear and accessible way, helping the team stay aligned—even when opinions differ
Requirements
-
5+ years of experience as a backend engineer, with a track record of picking up frontend work (React,Vue or similar) when a feature calls for it
-
Experience building real products and collaborating with Product, Design, and UX teams
-
A product mindset: you understand what creates value for users and the business
-
Solid experience with C# on modern .Net(8/9/10). Experience with other languages and frameworks, especially Node, Vue or React is desired.
-
Strong REST API experience, both designing and consuming: versioning, OpenAPI, OAuth2, pagination, rate limits, and retries
-
Comfortable writing SQL directly against PostgreSQL (via Dapper or a similar micro-ORM), rather than relying solely on a heavy ORM
-
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes, Docker, and basic Kubernetes; AWS/EKS experience is a plus
-
Familiarity with system design concepts like service boundaries, data modeling, and scalability
-
Experience troubleshooting production issues from logs and traces, ideally with structured logging and tools like Grafana/Loki
