Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
Minimum of 10 years' experience managing commercial aspects of mixed-use development projects.
Proven ability to handle end-to-end contract administration and negotiation.
Strong experience in procurement, budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting.
Familiarity with risk management processes and mitigation strategies in large-scale projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
Proficient with commercial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
