Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Doctolib is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join the Tech & Product Talent Acquisition team in our Berlin office.

As a Coordinator, you'll focus on three essential areas: delivering exceptional candidate experience, mastering complex tech & product interview scheduling, and continuously improving our interview processes. In this role, you'll gain comprehensive insight into recruitment while applying your organisational and project management skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and developing advanced people skills through multi-stakeholder management.

What you’ll do

As an intern, you will support us in the following areas:

• Coordinate interviews between candidates, Hiring Managers and tech interviewers, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

• Send critical candidate communication during the recruitment process.

• Help maintain accurate candidate and interview information in our Applicant Tracking System.

• Manage complex interviewer pools, candidate information and interview supporting materials.

• Adapt and streamline the scheduling process to suit candidates and business needs.

• Contribute to interview process design, track scheduling metrics (time to schedule, time to interview) and own your own projects with a focus on process improvement while leveraging AI and automation tools.

• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers on Tech & Product recruitment end to end processes.

Working with us, you will learn:

• How the full Talent Acquisition process works, from application to onboarding.

• How to coordinate recruitment processes in an international technology environment.

• How to work with an Applicant Tracking System and recruitment-related data.

• How to collaborate with candidates, Hiring Managers and internal stakeholders.

• How to contribute to a positive and inclusive candidate experience.

• How Talent Acquisition supports the growth of Tech & Product teams.

Who you are

If you don't have the exact profile described below, but you feel this job description matches your skill set, we still encourage you to apply.

You could be our next teammate if you:

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and agility that enable you to stay on top of priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong empathy that allows you to put yourself in other people's shoes and a genuine passion for finding solutions that work best for everyone.

• A curious, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and dig deeper to understand how operations and processes work.

• Comfortable leveraging AI tools to streamline daily tasks, draft communications, and improve efficiency, with curiosity to keep learning new AI-powered ways of working.

• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to adapt your expression to different audiences and situations.

Now, it would be fantastic if you:

• Speak German at B2 level or above.

• Have previous experience with an Applicant Tracking System, HR administration or coordination.

• Have experience in an international, technology or fast-paced environment.
