Head Of Marketing

About CertifyOS

CertifyOS is building the data infrastructure that powers modern healthcare.

Today, healthcare organizations rely on fragmented and outdated provider data. This creates unnecessary administrative work, regulatory risk, and higher costs across the system. We’re solving that problem.

Our API-first platform automates provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring by connecting directly to hundreds of primary data sources. We help healthcare organizations maintain accurate, compliant, and reliable provider networks at scale.

Our vision is simple: One API. One provider ID. Frictionless provider data.

We’re backed by leading investors and built by a team with deep experience in provider data systems. At CertifyOS, we value authenticity, accountability, collaboration, results, and openness to feedback. We’re building a high-ownership team focused on solving real infrastructure problems that impact millions of patients.

About the role:

Certify is hiring a strategic data-driven marketing executive who elevates Certify’s market presence, accelerates revenue growth, and shapes how our products are positioned. Your work enables Certify to create measurable demand, communicate differentiated value, and support product adoption across health plans, providers, and enterprise partners.

   • Own marketing analytics and executive-level reporting, including dashboards, forecasts, and quarterly business reviews.

2. Lead Product Marketing, Brand Narrative, and Category Leadership

   • Own CertifyOS’s end-to-end market narrative, from product positioning to category leadership in provider data infrastructure.

   • Partner closely with Product to define clear positioning, messaging, and differentiation grounded in customer needs and market reality.

   • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products and features, including segmentation, packaging, launch planning, and adoption measurement.

   • Translate product strategy into high-impact collateral, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence that improves conversion and sales velocity.

   • Drive market research, win-loss analysis, and customer insights to validate market fit and inform both product and go-to-market decisions.

   • Elevate CertifyOS’s brand through thought leadership, content, and storytelling that resonates with health plans, providers, and partners.

   • Execute a cohesive events strategy, including Blueprint, industry conferences, and targeted customer and prospect events, aligned to business objectives.

3. Run a high performing data driven organization

   • Build and mentor a cross-functional team that manifests results through inputs

   • Establish operational rigor, forecasting discipline, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

   • Build and maintain a robust marketing analytics framework including attribution, funnel conversion, ROI and regular reporting on Company OKRs

   • Deliver clear, actionable insights into what is driving pipeline and revenue.

   • Use data to optimize programs, messaging, and investment allocation.

4. Partner across the business to drive measurable growth
